Facilitation means conveying complex content in a clear and engaging way — on stage, in front of the camera, or online in a flexible format. The audience should both gain meaningful insights and be well engaged throughout.
How I work
Karin Frei moderates in German and English, and conversationally in French and Italian. Her moderation style fosters active audience participation and a dynamic exchange, while constructively involving participants even in controversial or conflictual topics. She also supports clients on request with panel design, conceptual development, timing, and the selection of speakers.
