I design and facilitate workshops for teams, companies, and organizations in three key areas: team building, conflict prevention, and media training.
Each module is practice-oriented and enables teams to develop their skills in a focused and effective way, strengthening communication, collaboration, and conflict competence.
Team development
Who are we as a team? What defines our spirit, and where do we want to go? With targeted input and hands-on exercises, you strengthen collaboration and build stronger team cohesion.
Conflict prevention
Learn how to identify tensions early and respond to them constructively. In this half-day conflict workshop, you will explore how to lead difficult conversations, avoid common communication traps, and understand how emotions shape relationships and day-to-day work.
Media training
Build confidence in handling media and public appearances. In individual sparring sessions or as a team, you will learn what counts in front of the microphone or camera, how to assess crisis situations accurately, and when and how a media appearance is appropriate and effective.
